Sheila Vicente, Miss Intercontinental Spain

Being Miss Intercontinental Spain goes far beyond the crown. Sheila Vicente shares her personal and professional journey with us, demonstrating that discipline, talent, and empathy define her path. From her charity project , One Roof, Many Hearts , to her natural skincare routines, Sheila inspires us to value authentic beauty and the positive impact each person can make.

Empowerment and purpose

1. What does being Miss Intercontinental Spain mean to you?

For me, it's an immense honor and a great responsibility. It's not just about a sash or a crown, but about representing my country, its culture, its diversity, and its values to the world. It's about always carrying a little piece of Spain with me wherever I go.

2. There's a lot of hard work behind the sash and the crown. How have you prepared yourself personally and professionally to get here?

It has been, and continues to be, a path of perseverance. Professionally, I have trained as an actress, model, and presenter, which has given me the tools to express myself and communicate better. Personally, I have worked hard on my discipline, on staying consistent, and on not giving up in the face of obstacles.

3. What part of your personality or your history do you think makes you different and special on this path?

I think my sensitivity has always made me special. Since the birth of my little sister, whom I feel is my soulmate, I've learned to view life with more tenderness and empathy. That part of me is what drives me to help others and get involved in projects that contribute positively to society.

4. These types of titles are often associated solely with beauty, but behind them there's discipline, studies, projects... What would you like people to know about you that isn't normally seen in a pageant?

That behind a smile on stage there are hours of study, preparation, sacrifice, and personal growth. That what moves me isn't just the world of fashion or acting, but the opportunity to inspire, communicate, and put my voice at the service of others.

5. Beyond the catwalk, how do you define your life project and your profession?

My life project is to grow as a woman, learn every day, and use my voice to inspire and support others. I understand my profession as an actress, model, and presenter as a tool to tell stories, convey emotions, and connect with people. For me, the important thing isn't just being in front of a camera or on stage, but taking advantage of those opportunities to leave a positive and authentic message in society.

6. What message would you like to convey to other young women who dream of achieving goals in a world that is sometimes very demanding when it comes to image?

I would tell them to never forget that what truly makes them unique isn't how they look, but who they are. Image can open doors, but what keeps them open is talent, perseverance, and authenticity. Dreams are achieved with effort, discipline, and self-belief. And, above all, don't let anyone make you feel like you're not enough, because every woman is valuable just the way she is.

7. Competitions also serve as a platform for causes. What causes or personal projects inspire you and would you like to promote from your position?

My project is called One Roof, Many Hearts, and it was born from the Ronald McDonald House. They offer a home to families with hospitalized children, and that means immensely to me. As an older sister, I know how important it is to feel supported, to have your family close by, and to have a space where love reigns even in the most difficult times. This project touches my heart because I believe no family should face a situation like this alone. From my position, I want to bring visibility to these stories and build bridges of support and hope for those who need it most.

The skin as a mirror of health

8. Our skin is our daily mirror. How important is skin care to you in your daily life, beyond aesthetics?

For me, taking care of my skin is an act of self-love. It's not just about external beauty, but also about health, well-being, and feeling comfortable in my own skin.

9. There's increasing talk about toxins in cosmetics. How do you deal with this concern, and what value do you place on using products that care for both your skin and the planet?

I think it's essential. I believe beauty cannot be separated from sustainability. Taking care of ourselves also means taking care of our home: the planet we live on.

10. What skincare rituals are essential in your routine before and after a pageant, where your skin is exposed to makeup, lights, and stress?

Hydration, deep cleansing, and rest. Before a pageant, I prepare my skin to ensure it's healthy and radiant, and then I make sure to give it a break by thoroughly removing my makeup and deeply nourishing it.

The experience with OhMyKoko

11. Have you tried our vitamin C serum with astaxanthin? What have you noticed about your skin when using it?

I've noticed my skin is much brighter and revitalized. What I like most is that it feels like it's breathing; it doesn't look overwhelmed.

OhMyKoko Vitamin C Serum with Astaxanthin, a natural and vegan formula that provides luminosity, vitality, and antioxidant protection to the skin.

12. In your case, where image is so important, what value do you place on a serum that provides luminosity and vitality without damaging the skin?

A lot. Having a product that gives me radiance and freshness without irritating or damaging my skin is an essential ally, especially in my daily life and at events.

13. You've also tried our Very Kissable Lips Serum. How important is lip care to you, and how would you include it in your daily beauty routine?

Lips are a fundamental part of expression, and I love taking care of them because they reflect health and vitality. I would include it in my routine both day and night, as a simple gesture that makes a difference.

OhMyKoko Very Kissable Lips Serum, a natural, moisturizing treatment for juicy, healthy, and toxin-free lips.

14. What would you highlight about your experience with our products, compared to what you usually find on the market?

Naturalness and effectiveness. I like that these products are kind to the skin and the planet, but without sacrificing visible results.

Inspiration and final message

15. If you had to give advice to someone who wants to feel good in their skin but also live more consciously, what would you say?

Let it start with small, daily gestures. Taking care of your skin isn't just about aesthetics; it's about health and well-being. And when you choose responsible products, you're also taking care of others and the planet.

16. What do you dream of achieving with your title, and how would you like to be remembered after your reign?

I dream that this title will be much more than a crown: that it will become a voice for those who are often unheard. I want my time at Miss Intercontinental to be marked by projects that bring hope and support to those who need it most. I would like to be remembered as someone who used this opportunity to serve, to reach out, and to show that true beauty lies in the heart and in what we leave behind for others.
