We ship throughout the national territory (peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) 🏝️, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland 🌍

When will my order be processed? 🚚
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow for additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.

We process orders Monday through Friday. After 8 hours of placing your order, it is no longer possible to cancel it and to return it you will have to wait to receive it.
If you need to change the delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed, we will not be able to make any changes.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Please keep in mind that the transport company does not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order has been processed on a Friday after 12am, it is very likely that it will not be shipped until next Monday, although we will do everything possible so that you receive it as soon as possible.
