RETURN POLICY

You can return your items up to 14 days after purchase. In order to make the return, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which it was delivered and with its original packaging.

To make the return, you must write to us by email: hello@ohmykoko.com. Through said email, all the steps and doubts of returns and changes will be explained. Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and the resolution of your return. If the return is approved, the money will be refunded by the same payment method that the purchase was made.

If by chance before receiving it, you change your mind and want to return it, no problem. If it has not yet left our facilities, we will quickly cancel and refund you immediately. If it has already come out, for hygiene reasons we will not accept products that have been opened or tampered with, but write to us at hello@ohmykoko.com and we will indicate the steps to follow. In this case, the associated expenses are borne by the client.
