Miss RNB Toledo 2025, Raquel Castejón, and her Commitment to Authentic Beauty

Raquel Castejón is much more than a beauty queen. A graduate in Psychology and with a master's degree in Human Resources Management , Raquel has turned her passion for female empowerment into a lifelong pursuit. She currently works internationally in engineering and home automation , but she is also a staunch advocate for self-care, authenticity, and the use of natural products. In this interview, she talks to us about her role as Miss RNB Toledo 2025, her social projects, and how she integrates skincare into her daily life.

To start, tell us a little about yourself. Who is Raquel beyond the title of Miss RNB Toledo 2025?

Hello, I'm Raquel Castejón. In addition to being Miss RNB Toledo 2025, I have a degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. I currently work for an international engineering and home automation company, liaising between all the subsidiary companies and the central Human Resources department. I also speak English and Spanish. I love fitness and the gym, and I enjoy extreme sports , which give me the adrenaline rush I'm so passionate about. I also have a keen interest in fashion and creativity , turning every day into an opportunity to express myself.

What motivated you to participate in the competition and what does this recognition mean to you?

The motivation to participate in this competition came from the desire to represent and empower young women . I wanted to show that great goals can be achieved with effort, perseverance, and authenticity. This recognition is more than a title; it's a way for us to help others believe in themselves and pursue their dreams.

Beauty pageants can often be perceived as superficial. How would you respond to that idea?

I understand why some people view beauty pageants superficially, but I think this view is changing. Today's pageants give voice to important social issues and highlight the value of intelligence and character . For me, true beauty is measured by authenticity, the desire to help others, and the impact we can have on our communities. These spaces can be used to promote positive change.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL SIDE AND PURPOSE

Aside from your participation in Miss RNB Spain, in what areas are you developing professionally or what goals do you have for the future?

In my work, I'm responsible for coordinating and optimizing key processes in talent management, organizational development, and labor relations. My future goals are to continue developing and growing toward the position of Human Resources Director . I'm also firmly committed to my social projects.

I have previously collaborated with associations such as ANAR, Argadini, and Sant Boi Hospital , and I am currently working with members on a wonderful project. It is a source of personal pride and satisfaction for me to be able to continue being involved in these initiatives, as they fill my heart. I aspire to be a source of inspiration ; I want my voice to be heard. I continue working to be an example of perseverance and effort, hoping to inspire others to pursue their dreams.

If you had to describe your purpose or the impact you would like to make, what would it be?

My purpose is to inspire and empower women to feel strong and confident. I want to change the way we perceive beauty and feminine strength, promoting the idea that true power comes from authenticity, inner beauty, self-love, and, of course, hard work. I aspire to be a role model, showing that it's possible to combine professional ambition with self-care and well-being .

SKINCARE AND EXPERIENCE WITH OHMYKOKO

We know you take great care of your skin. What's your daily skincare routine like?

My skincare routine is essential for feeling good. I start each day by cleansing my face with a gentle cleanser , followed by a toner that helps balance my skin. Each of us is unique and possesses special talents and qualities. Surround yourself with people who inspire you and never let negative comments hold you back. Authenticity is what truly shines, and by being true to ourselves, we can make a positive impact on the world.
