Stand in front of the mirror and, without moving your head, open your eyes as wide as you can , as if you were trying to touch the eyelid with your eyelashes . Keep them like this as long as you can. Repeat it a few more times .
Improves oxygenation and nutrition of the skin
Place your hand , with a tightly closed fist , in front of your lips . Try to blow as if you want to pass through the gap left through it .
With this exercise, you will improve the muscle tone of the lower region of your face, since by activating circulation , it improves oxygenation and nutrition of the tissues .
Advice:
Be consistent and dedicate between 5 and 10 minutes a day. Choose your best time, morning or evening.
